"My wife and I moved into our Hamilton Meadows Dogwood model in April 2023. We enjoy the unique townhome design, a very large backyard (compared to other townhome communities), and our proximity to restaurants, stores, and more. The HOA manages all the exterior maintenance and security monitoring. With the ever-rising cost of utilities, the international building code construction has resulted in much lower gas and electric bills than what we were expecting."
